## Experience

A specialist will give you information on basic safety guidelines and diving techniques. He will also familiarise you with the basic diving equipment.

After having received this brief explanation, you will head out with your instructor to the area where the activity will take place, with a 15 minute ride along the coast in the semi-rigid boat.

Once in the water, the instructor's job will be to help you get into the water and relax, as well as doing breathing exercises underwater. He will help you closely control your diving equipment and make sure you enjoy your dive.

The maximum depth will be around 10-12 metres, and there will be no maximum time underwater. Your tank is full of air, we will stay until you are close to the end of the dive (depending on your breathing, this can be between 20 and 40 minutes).

DIVING (Beginners from 8 years old)

Minimum age 8 years, adult supervision required for those under 16 years old.

Underwater videos are made as souvenirs, which you can purchase later at the dive centre. LIMITATIONS:

*Diabetes

*Lung and/or heart surgery

*Pregnancy

*No air travel for 12 hours after the dive.

*No mountain climbing within 12 hours of the dive.
