• Requirements

  You need to able to swim to take part in this activity and you should not have any health issues that could preclude you from taking part in a 90-minute long cardio activity on the water., The maximum weight you can be to take part in the activity is 18 stone.

• What to bring

  We recommend you bring a change of clothing, just in case your clothes get wet.

• Refund policy

  Cancellations made outside of the 14 day period will be refunded in full, deducting a £10 administration fee. A 50% charge will be taken if a cancellation is made within 14 days of the start date. Full charge will be taken if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the start date. Refunds available within 336 hours before departure.
