All bikes must be picked up from and returned to our shop at Fortunstræde 1, Copenhagen.
Bring a valid ID for verification, Inspect the bike before departure: Tire Pressure, Brakes, Gear, Bell, Lights, Permanent Lock, Wirelock, Basket, Helmet (not mandatory)
Cancellations with a full refund are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds available within 72 hours before departure.
